Services
RMA Security Consulting, LLC provides cybersecurity consulting services including security assessments, penetration testing, compliance readiness, and managed security programs. All services are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) and are subject to separate engagement agreements.
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a service agreement.
Engagement Terms
All security testing and consulting services require a signed Statement of Work, Rules of Engagement document, and mutual NDA before work begins. No testing is performed without explicit written authorization from the client.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, code, and branding — is the property of RMA Security Consulting, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
Deliverables produced during client engagements (reports, scripts, remediation materials) are owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the SOW.
Limitation of Liability
RMA Security Consulting, LLC provides security assessments and recommendations based on the scope and timeframe defined in the engagement agreement. Security assessments are point-in-time evaluations and do not guarantee the absence of all vulnerabilities or the prevention of future security incidents.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
Confidentiality

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
